Our customer service office will be permanently closed effective April 18th, 2025. This decision was made after careful consideration, we want to assure you that we remain committed to providing you with the best customer experience.

While our physical office is closing, you can still reach customer service through the
following channels:

1. Customer Service
    • Our customer service team is available to assist you by phone Monday through Friday 8:00am- 4:00pm at 928-757-2205

    • Email us at Kingmaninfo@foothillsutilities.com. We will respond to your request within 1 business day.
    • Chat is available on our website during business hours.
    • Emergency after hours will be available through our automated system to reach an operator for urgent requests.
2. Convenient Payment Options
    • Payments can be made via our secure web portal at www.foothillsutilities.com
    • By phone on the automated system.
    • Autopay with check or credit/debit card by registering your account online.
    • Payment Center locations can be found at www.checkfreepay.com. Enter the city and check the “Account Number” box in Ways to Pay. Convenience fees may apply. Use PIN number 6227.
    • Mail payments to our office at 13157 E 44th Street, Yuma, AZ 85367.
